Megan brings extensive experience in personal injury and compensation matters, having commenced her career in regional Queensland before working in a large UK legal practice. During her time in the United Kingdom, she gained exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including personal compensation litigation, further strengthening her advocacy and litigation skills.
Since returning to Australia, Megan has continued to practise solely in personal compensation law, an area she remains deeply committed to. She represents clients who have experienced wrongdoing and guides them through what is often a challenging and uncertain time.
Megan understands that compensation claims can arise during periods of significant stress. She provides clear, practical advice and strong negotiation, with the aim of achieving appropriate settlements that allow her clients to move forward with confidence and regain control of their lives.
Megan is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society and Australian Lawyers Alliance.
