Linda McEnery

Linda has extensive experience representing clients in personal compensation litigation and is regularly sought to advise and represent individuals pursuing claims arising from workplace injuries and other negligence matters. Since joining Hall Payne in 2004, she has developed significant expertise across all areas of personal injury law, acting for clients across a broad range of industries.

Linda regularly represents plaintiffs in matters before the Queensland Supreme and District Courts, the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and the Industrial Magistrates Court. Her work often involves complex workplace injury claims and matters involving workplace health and safety issues.
