Jennifer Diplock

Associate
Jennifer Diplock is a Associate in Hall Payne Lawyers’ Employment and Industrial Relations team, advising and representing workers in a range of employment-related matters.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws in 2017 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018. She began her career in generalist practice, gaining valuable experience across family law, property law, and commercial litigation. This broad foundation has equipped her with a practical and strategic mindset, which she now brings to her work in her employment law, industrial relations, and health law practice.

Jennifer’s approach to client management is grounded in clarity, empathy, and collaboration. She understands that both employment and health law matters can be deeply personal and often stressful for clients. With this in mind, she prioritises open communication, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

In her employment and industrial relations practice, Jennifer is committed to advocating for workers and promoting fair, safe, and equitable workplaces. She focuses on achieving practical, realistic outcomes aligned with her clients’ goals—balancing strong legal advocacy with pragmatic dispute‑resolution strategies that reduce uncertainty and minimise disruption.

Jennifer strives to deliver complex legal concepts into clear, accessible advice, enabling clients to make confident and well‑guided decisions in their health law matter. She works closely with clients to navigate regulatory frameworks and processes such as APRHA, OHO and HCCC notifications, professional disciplinary proceedings and coronial inquests.
