Charlotte Clark

Senior Associate
“Charlotte studied law and international studies at the University of Technology, Sydney.”

Charlotte commenced employment with Hall Payne in March 2020. She was admitted as a solicitor in November 2019 and has practised in Hall Payne’s Employment and Industrial Law department since then. Charlotte is also able to assist clients in criminal matters.

Charlotte has extensive experience in the various Commissions and Courts for employment law and industrial relations matters, often appearing before the Fair Work Division of the Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Fair Work Commission and the NSW Industrial Relations Commission.

Charlotte is passionate about advancing workers’ rights through strategic litigation and collective action. She is adept at navigating complex legal issues and achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

Before joining our team, Charlotte worked in the Trade Union movement first as an Organiser and then as an Industrial Officer. She has an in-depth understanding of the legal issues faced by the modern Australian workforce and the important role Trade Unions play in protecting the rights of all workers.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys surfing, hiking and free diving.
