Charlotte Clark

Senior Associate
Charlotte is a Senior Associate in Hall Payne Lawyers’ Employment and Industrial Relations team, with experience advising and representing clients across a broad range of workplace and related legal matters.

Charlotte studied law and international studies at the University of Technology, Sydney, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2019. She joined Hall Payne Lawyers in March 2020 and has since practised in employment and industrial law, while also assisting clients in criminal and related matters. Her practice includes employment law, industrial relations, workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions, discrimination, sexual harassment, disciplinary matters, and domestic violence and traffic law.

Charlotte has extensive experience appearing in courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Division of the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, and the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission. She is known for her ability to navigate complex legal issues and deliver practical, outcome-focused advice.

With a background in the trade union movement as an Organiser and Industrial Officer, Charlotte brings a strong understanding of the challenges facing the modern workforce and is committed to advancing workers’ rights through strategic litigation and advocacy.

Charlotte is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is experienced in representing clients across multiple jurisdictions in employment, industrial, and related legal matters.
