Cale Fryer is a Principal at Hall Payne Lawyers, practising in the firm’s Personal Injuries team from the Brisbane office.

He regularly appears in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland, advocating for individuals whose livelihoods have been impacted by injury.

Cale acted in Martin v Andrews and Anor (2016) QSC 20, where the Supreme Court of Queensland awarded over $1.28 million in damages to an injured electrician, and McGuigan v Workers’ Compensation Regulator (2017) QIRC 036, where the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission recognised that inaccurate training and directions contributed to a worker’s psychological injury. Cale is admitted to practise in Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
